This fabulous 1930s Suspender Dress provides instructions for making up the skirt, filet blouse, and crushable turban!
The skirt is knitted, while the blouse and turban are done in crochet.

Vintage size 16 / Size 34
Bust: 34 inches, Waist: 28 inches, Hip (7 inches below waist): 37 inches.
*skirts are made 2 inches larger at the hip line than the hip measure.
